The education combine with the intelligence make a good student and a good profession , also the kind of things that you make combine both things is the result that you have in a future , not only if you are smart you will be able . in order to do anything you must have character and precision , intelligence does not take to you enough .If a person use both education and intelligence obtain both thing and more that the first moment that only use the intelligence and forget that need to learn more important skills  

Neonatologist

Duties and responsibilities:

The neonatologist is pediatricians who have received additional, specialized training in the care of infants. Also is a doctor who is involved with high risk infants, they work with premature babies that are born with serious illnesses or those who contracts diseases , they focus on infants four weeks  old and maintain they save or care their health.

Salary:

Education:

After completing a four-year Bachelor of Science degree, which may be known as “pre-med,” aspiring neonatologists enter medical school, which takes another four years. Where the first two years teach students the basics, including anatomy, physiology, biochemistry and pharmacology, while the final two years include rotations in medical specialties, including pediatric medicine. After completing medical school, students complete another three-year residency, where they choose a specialty in pediatrics. Most then complete a fellowship in neonatology for their final years of studies.

Reflection:

I really want to be a neonatologist, always I dream with this career the possibility to care and save the life of the new person make me feel happy and also if I am a hope for their and their families is an experience that I really want to live and enjoy.

REFLECTION:  When something is not right we need to stop do , because  this kind of thing a long time the consequences are really horrible . For example when you are the kind of person that always lie , you never can be in armonie with your family and friends and never can have a real relation with other person , because you continue lie and when you do all time is more easy to do , you have to know when something is wrong and fixed at time before to hurt somebody or their feelings . In other case if you don;t lie and you do a lot of times but only in strange cases is the correct because with the time you change your perspective and do the correct try to never lie and to teach the family that the lies are a bad way and far the family and the relations you are a CTR person and encourage the good things    

Orthodontist

Duties and responsibilities:  the duties and responsibilities of the orthodontist is to examine and diagnose dental malocclusions and oral cavity anomalies .Prepare diagnostic and treatment records also provide patients with proposed treatment plans and cost estimates.
 Study diagnostic records such as medical/dental histories, plaster models of the teeth, photos of a patient's face and teeth, and X-rays in order to develop patient treatment plans. We know that they have to save and care the mouth of each patient

Salary:  $196,170

Education: the requirements of the orthodontist they have to go a dental school and he have to do Dental Admission Test high grade point averages and recommendations may also be required , once admitted students usually complete the program in four years , after they received an additional three years of specialization orthodontic. specialist and to become one requires an additional 2 to 3 years of advanced education and training after acquiring a D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or a D.M.D. (Doctor of Dental Medicine).  This means anywhere from 4 to 8 years of post-undergraduate education through orthodontic residency programs.

Reflection:  Well in my opinion this is an important job , but I am not sure that I can be a orthodontic , I don’t like to see and touch the mouth of other person .
